Lead Data Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design and implement enterprise-level data solutions from the initial discovery phases of projects through to prototyping, architectural design, and delivery.

• Utilize Azure tools such as Databricks and Data Factory, along with Hadoop, to establish big data environments.

• Assist businesses in deriving deeper insights from their big data repositories.

• Engage in projects that leverage products within the Microsoft Azure and SQL data analytics ecosystem.

• Meet the expectations and needs of customers, both internal and external.

• Provide support to others in their professional development.

• Contribute to the Telefonica Tech UK&I - Data & AI internal and external community.

• Strategic and operational decision-making capabilities.

• Skill in identifying opportunities and challenges.

• Capability to assist others in their development.

• Proficiency in formulating complex SQL queries.

• Experience with the Microsoft BI Stack (SSRS, SSIS, or SSAS).

• Commercial experience with Power BI for data visualization.

• Participation in architectural decisions related to data solutions.

• Interest in Data Science and Data Modeling.

• Current Microsoft certifications are advantageous but not essential.
