This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete briefing process for all creative projects entering production.
• Maintain an ongoing content backlog filled with new concepts that are ready for briefing.
• Achieve monthly objectives for generating new concepts.
• Collaborate with the paid media team to analyze creative performance data.
• Document successful strategies in the creative playbook.
• Regularly conduct research on competitive creative approaches.
• Oversee the entire process of managing LP's UGC creator pipeline.
• Over 5 years of experience in owning direct response creative strategy and performance media buying.
• Deep understanding of hook identification and targeting specific personas.
• Proficient in writing briefs that are ready for production.
• Fluency in performance data analysis.
• Experience managing UGC creators from sourcing to final delivery.
• Capability to work across various verticals and formats concurrently.
• Strong copywriting skills for scripts, hooks, headlines, and ad copy.
• Experience utilizing AI tools for developing creative strategies.
• Base salary is aligned with market rates for the closest major metropolitan area.
