Lead CPA – Bill Pay & Tax Practice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver bill payment services for elderly clients and affluent family households.

• Prepare simple personal tax returns, primarily catering to W-2 filers.

• Influence the growth of the practice, including managing the natural fluctuations in tax-related work.

• Work together with other team leaders to create repeatable processes that align with our current framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active CPA license in good standing.

• Significant experience in tax preparation, along with some familiarity with bookkeeping.

• Enthusiastic about the prospect of developing a practice rather than taking over an existing one.

• A clear and friendly communicator who genuinely enjoys building client relationships.

• Able to work remotely and collaborate across different time zones.

• Interested in the medical field niche or eager to gain in-depth knowledge about it.
