This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Engage in resolving intricate issues and oversee smaller projects while mentoring less experienced engineers to enhance their skills.
• Design and program progressively sophisticated building automation systems, including site-specific configurations for control systems and control algorithms.
• Follow project specifications along with company and customer standards for design, programming, and execution.
• Produce a comprehensive design document for project teams containing essential technical information.
• Record and convey the design and updates of the building automation system.
• Create both graphical and text-based interfaces for the building automation systems.
• Conduct testing of programming and interfaces prior to implementation.
• Background in HVAC controls, Building Automation, or a related field.
• Skilled in the primary functionalities of building automation system software and related engineering tools, with a preference for Automated Logic suites.
• Strong understanding of complex Automated Logic software, hardware, peripherals, add-ons, and services.
• Proficient in third-party communication protocols utilized in building automation, such as BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, LON, N2, etc.
• Ability to climb ladders or use other lifting equipment over 8 feet above ground, and capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50lbs.
• Possession of a UK driving license.
