Lead Consultant – Oracle Enterprise Data Management, EDM

📋 Description

• Create and implement data integration solutions for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, which include Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud (Planning), Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCC), and Oracle Account Reconciliation (Reconciliation) applications.

• Work closely with clients to comprehend their business goals, challenges, and technology needs. Carry out comprehensive assessments to pinpoint areas where technology can foster enhancements and efficiencies.

• Execute and set up data integration workflows utilizing tools such as Oracle Data Exchange (DE), Oracle Data Management (DM), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Design and manage ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

• Offer technical support and resolve data integration challenges.

• Provide expert insights on technological solutions and tools that can improve client operations. Assist clients in making well-informed choices regarding the adoption and implementation of new technologies.

• Conduct data mapping, validation, and unit testing to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.

• Facilitate training sessions and supply documentation to clients to ensure effective adoption of data integration solutions.

• Remain updated on industry trends and best practices in data integration and Oracle EPM Cloud technologies.

• Continuously assess the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for enhancement or optimization. Offer recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.

• 5 – 10 years of consulting experience or in a related area.

• Experience in Enterprise Data Management (EDM) is highly desirable.

• Proven track record of leading 8 – 10 different, full-lifecycle Oracle Data Integration implementations.

• Familiarity with leading functional and technical design sessions, complemented by hands-on experience with Oracle Data Exchange (DE), Oracle Data Management (DM), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Experience in leading a team of consultants and effectively managing deliverables.

• Strong background in scripting languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, and Python.

• Required experience with Data Exchange for loading data and metadata.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Preferred consulting experience in a similar capacity within a professional services firm or strategic-level industry experience.

• Previous experience in IT companies.

• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant technologies and systems.
