Lead Consultant – Data Architecture, Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading small to medium-sized technical teams, including task allocation and distribution, technical escalation and support, and representing the team in Agile ceremonies and client meetings.

• Proficiency in designing and implementing logical and physical data models for cloud and hybrid data warehouse environments.

• Ability to implement data architectures that accommodate various data formats and structures, including structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.

• Experience with multiple full life-cycle data warehouse implementations.

• Understanding of the data architectures necessary for supporting data integration processes.

• Familiarity with data modeling technologies such as ER/Studio, ER/Win, or similar tools.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Platform services, including Azure Data Lake Store, Azure Storage, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Logic Apps, and APIs.

• Demonstrated capability to quickly learn, adopt, and implement new technologies.

• Skills in data profiling and the creation of source-to-target mappings.

• Ability to provision and configure Azure data service resources.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL scripting.

• Knowledge of SQL and PySpark.

• General competency in Cloud Architecture, capable of transforming requirements into data pipelines.

• API knowledge is essential, with a preference for candidates who can develop APIs.
