Lead Consultant – Business Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategic consulting in the design and implementation of Modern Work and M365 solutions

• Taking on the technical leadership of client projects

• Planning and conducting workshops, alignments, and decision-making formats

• Close collaboration with internal consulting, engineering, and project teams

• Active involvement in the further development of the consulting portfolio and internal standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree or training in business, IT, engineering, or a comparable field

• Several years of experience as a consultant, senior consultant, or lead consultant in the Microsoft or Modern Work environment

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly in SharePoint Online, Teams, and related services

• Experience in client projects, ideally with workshop leadership and stakeholder management

• Structured and independent working style

• High standards of quality

• Strong communication skills at both technical and management levels

• Team player

• Very good German language skills, good English language skills
