Lead Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Conduct requirements analysis by examining business processes and determining suitable Content Management solutions.

• Showcase product advantages through customer presentations, workshops, and live demonstrations.

• Organize and lead technical workshops for customers.

• Advise and direct customers towards appropriate technical solutions.

• Develop technical and functional documentation for software and customer project requirements.

• Initiate Content Management projects alongside consultants, partners, and customers to ensure effective delivery and implementation.

• Serve as the technical and organizational lead, mentor, and expert throughout the project lifecycle.

• Define and manage technical work packages in collaboration with the Project Manager.

• Conduct quality assurance on work packages with subject matter experts in technical fields.

• Function as a trusted technical solution advisor for customers.

• Recognize potential opportunities for license sales and projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or at least 5 years of experience in information management systems, software development, or IT consulting roles.

• Proficiency in Finnish or Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Solid IT background with a technical emphasis; development skills are a plus.

• Familiarity with IT architecture and systems, including client/server technologies, network architecture, operating systems, databases, cloud, and containerization.

• Strong commitment, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt swiftly to new technologies and products.

• Capability to take ownership of technical work packages and effectively coordinate and drive projects to success.

• Structured approach to teamwork and coordinating technical experts, skills, and resources.

• Knowledge of core OpenText products such as Extended ECM and Documentum D2 is highly advantageous.

• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills for identifying enhancements and designing solution concepts.

• Experience with OpenText Extended ECM for Microsoft 365 and integration with Teams, SharePoint, and the broader Microsoft 365 platform is highly desirable.

• Additional experience with SAP (ERP, CRM, SuccessFactors) or Salesforce is a bonus.
