Lead Consultant – AI Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take on the technical responsibility for the field of Artificial Intelligence at Computacenter and develop a market-ready, sales-driven solution portfolio from it.

• In your role, you will combine technological depth with market understanding, partner management, and enablement for our Solution Sales Teams.

• You will lead the AI Solution Group technically, defining the target vision, priorities, and positioning, while strategically advancing the AI field.

• Together with Practice Leads and Solution Areas, you will create a clear AI portfolio and derive concrete offerings, reference architectures, and enablement content for sales.

• You will support Solution Sales in strategically relevant AI opportunities, ensuring the quality of solution architectures and proposal logics, and actively participating in positioning with clients.

• You will identify market opportunities, capability gaps, and partner potentials, translating these into specific development and investment measures.

• You will manage collaboration with strategic partners such as Microsoft and Cisco, representing Computacenter as a technical voice for AI with selected clients, partners, and market formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in a leadership, architecture-related, portfolio, or presales role within the AI, data, or cloud environment.

• Deep technical understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, MLOps, data architectures, and production-oriented AI operational models.

• Experience in the IT services, integration, or consulting sector.

• Strong understanding of go-to-market models, partnering, portfolio development, and the interaction with Solution Sales.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English, along with knowledge of the EU AI Act and GDPR.
