Lead Clinical Data Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee data management for intricate, worldwide clinical trials from initiation to database lock.

• Act as the primary client liaison for all data management outputs.

• Supervise SAE, PK, and external data reconciliation along with database deployment.

• Manage schedules, budgets, and resource distribution to fulfill customer expectations.

• Guide junior data management personnel and advocate for best practices.

• Promote process enhancements and ensure compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health, clinical, biological, or mathematical disciplines.

• A minimum of 7 years of direct experience in clinical data management.

• At least 5 years in a Lead Clinical Data Management position is REQUIRED.

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale global studies (1000+ patients).

• Proficiency with Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, or comparable EDC systems.

• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Council for Harmonisation (ICH), and clinical research workflows.

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

• A combination of education, training, and experience equivalent to the above may be considered.
