Lead Clinical Application Specialist – Nuclear Medicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Provide in-depth clinical education to end-users (physicians, nurses, technologists, etc.) in accordance with the sales order agreement (SOA) to achieve elevated Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

• Organize and deliver both on-site and virtual training for customers, encompassing pre-training planning, support during patient "go-live," and critical post-go-live education.

• Ensure the timely and consistent fulfillment of all documentation requirements from the pre-training through the post-training stages.

• Conduct pre-sale product clinical evaluations and/or educational sessions for prospective clients as necessary.

• Continuously enhance your clinical and technical expertise to implement an effective training strategy.

• Maintain active customer relationships through proactive communication and communicate all pertinent product and/or customer issues or opportunities to Management, Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support.

• Act as the professional MIM Clinical Application Specialist, conveying clinical and complex technical information to various staff levels, including Radiologists, Physicists, and Facility Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in imaging, including at least three (3) years in the PET or Nuclear Medicine (NM) modality.

• Certification: ARRT or equivalent certification relevant to the NM or PET modality.

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred, ideally in a technical discipline.

• Must be willing to travel extensively (at least 80%; 4-5 days per week, including overnight stays and some weekends) throughout the US and Canada (USCAN).

• Must reside no more than one (1) hour away from a major airport.

• Proficient in software applications (Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and capable of rapidly learning specialized, industry-specific software to deliver digital education solutions.
