This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of comprehensive enterprise clinical performance dashboards (e.g., utilization, care management effectiveness, access metrics, and quality performance).
• Create both recurring and ad hoc analytics utilizing SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• Convert intricate clinical datasets into strategic insights for executive leadership, operational teams, and quality stakeholders.
• Set data validation standards and guarantee accuracy, completeness, and integrity across reporting environments.
• Act as a senior subject-matter expert in clinical analytics methodologies, performance measurement, and reporting best practices.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to identify KPIs that align with enterprise performance objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with IT, data engineering, operations, and quality teams to enhance data architecture and reporting accessibility.
• Present insights and narratives to senior stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.
• Guide the prioritization of analytics initiatives that support organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior analysts and bolster analytics capabilities across teams.
• Collaborate with Compliance and clinical stakeholders to meet state, federal, and health plan reporting obligations, including NCQA, CMS, JOC.
• Develop performance metrics utilized in audits, accreditation readiness, and compliance monitoring.
• Ensure enterprise readiness for regulatory reviews through proactive analytics monitoring and documentation.
• Propel the automation of manual reporting workflows and the implementation of scalable reporting solutions.
• Establish documentation standards, reporting governance processes, and analytics best practices.
• Lead efforts to modernize clinical reporting infrastructure and enhance enterprise data usability.
• Identify opportunities to leverage analytics for performance optimization and improvement in cost-of-care.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in public health, data analytics, health informatics, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• 3+ years of experience with healthcare datasets, including claims, utilization management/prior authorization, care management, and quality measures.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, utilization and network management analytics, and healthcare economics.
• Proven ability to translate complex analytics into executive-level insights and operational recommendations.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
