This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel revenue growth by effectively managing client relationships, generating sales from both new and existing clients, and delivering AT&T products, services, and/or solutions.
• Identify, cultivate, and sustain long-term client partnerships.
• Comprehend client needs, utilize consultative selling techniques to finalize sales, and provide customized presentations.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to create new opportunities as well as expand or retain current accounts.
• Remain up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Assist in resolving customer disputes and account inconsistencies, including issues related to billing and installation.
• Create sales forecasts and billing revenue projections (RMT).
• Collect customer information for design, pricing, and order processing.
• Identify, assess, propose, and close sales opportunities.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of AT&T Wireline solutions, Mobility, and AT&T FirstNet solutions.
• Proven track record of sales achievements with strategic accounts.
• Established sales background, preferably within telecommunications or technology sectors.
• Solid understanding of technology, applications, and solutions.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in prospecting and lead generation methodologies.
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities and adhering to deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes is an advantage.
• 5 to 10 years of sales-related experience is preferred.
• Experience in Public Sector and FirstNet is highly desirable.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and formulating strategic initiatives to enhance and retain assigned account revenue.
• Expertise in product presentations, services, and migrations.
• Competence in identifying, assessing, proposing, and closing opportunities.
• Ability to gather customer information for design, pricing, and ordering.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is preferred.
