This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee high-profile software and AI/GenAI initiatives, ensuring that deliverables meet defined scope, timelines, and client expectations.
β’ Administer project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and all essential project documentation.
β’ Maintain clear and consistent communication with executive leadership.
β’ Foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
β’ Handle escalations with professionalism and a sense of urgency.
β’ Lead teams through the entire project lifecycle.
β’ Mentor project managers and promote best practices throughout the PMO.
β’ Adapt to changing priorities and modify project strategies to address evolving business and customer requirements.
β’ Over 8 years of project management experience directing complex, customer-oriented software delivery initiatives.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing complete end-to-end delivery utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
β’ Experience in delivering technical, SaaS, and AI/GenAI projects.
β’ Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record in managing risks, revenue, and escalations.
β’ Exceptional communication and expectation management skills.
β’ Advanced proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Salesforce, Rocketlane, & Power BI).
β’ PMP certification is mandatory.
