Lead CCA Certified Professionals – Part Time, Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the organization's cybersecurity readiness in accordance with CMMC 2.0 Levels 1–3.

• Offer expertise to achieve and uphold CMMC certifications across Levels 1–4.

• Create comprehensive CMMC compliance roadmaps, controls, and policies.

• Lead the implementation of NIST SP 800-171 and NIST SP 800-172 standards.

• Manage the security of Federal Contract Information and Controlled Unclassified Information.

• Support prime contractors in ensuring subcontractor CMMC compliance and overseeing supply chains.

• Implement processes for continuous monitoring and compliance.

• Facilitate rapid reporting of security incidents within 72 hours and ensure annual compliance affirmations.

• Provide training on CMMC requirements and cybersecurity controls for internal teams and contractors.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, focusing on DoD contracts, compliance frameworks, and CMMC implementation.

• Certification as a CMMC Professional (CCP).

• Certification as a CMMC Assessor (CCA).

• Certification as a DoD CMMC assessor.

• Demonstrated expertise in establishing an authorized CMMC Third Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO).

• In-depth knowledge of CMMC 2.0 requirements and the DoD CMMC final rule.

• Experience within the Defense Industrial Base and handling Controlled Unclassified Information.

• Background in developing Plans of Action and Milestones for cybersecurity compliance.

• Familiarity with DFARS Clause 252.204-7021 and updates to CMMC 2.0 effective August 2024.

• Strong grasp of DFARS and FISMA regulations.

• Proficient in using eMASS and ACAS.

• Extensive knowledge of NIST 800-171 and NIST 800-172 standards.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Active or recently active DoD security clearance is preferred but not mandatory.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Must be eligible for security clearance.
