Lead Biostatistician, IVD Clinical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and evaluate statistical methodologies for protocols and statistical analysis plans.

• Oversee the implementation of statistical analyses in accordance with established plans and protocols, including exploratory or ad-hoc analyses.

• Create high-quality presentations and write documentation detailing analysis plans, methodologies, results, and interpretations.

• Clearly communicate statistical concepts and findings to both internal and external collaborators and stakeholders across various functions.

• Recognize risks, express concerns, and advocate for solutions within interdisciplinary project teams.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in biostatistics, statistics, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD in biostatistics, statistics, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in designing and conducting statistical analyses within a regulated environment and clinical trials for regulatory submissions.

• At least 4 years of practical experience with statistical analysis software, including R (preferred), SAS, or JMP.

• Prior experience in diagnostics is preferred.
