This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in the design, execution, and quality assurance of clinical outcomes research projects.
• Oversee, analyze, and interpret extensive clinical and operational datasets utilizing suitable statistical methods.
• Collaborate across various functions with clinicians, operational leaders, product teams, and data partners to uncover opportunities for process enhancement and quality improvement.
• Assist in the development of research protocols, implementation of studies, and activities related to regulatory compliance, including submissions to the Institutional Review Board (IRB), amendments, and reporting obligations.
• Facilitate the dissemination of clinical research findings through scientific and business presentations and publications.
• Remain up-to-date with emerging research in pediatric anxiety, OCD, and digital mental health to shape our research agenda.
• Uphold high standards of research integrity, ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and ongoing quality enhancement.
• Contribute to the assessment of technology-enabled care interventions, including AI-assisted tools, as part of our outcomes research efforts.
• A doctoral-level terminal degree (PhD, ScD, or equivalent) in Clinical Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated independence and experience in clinical data management, analytics, statistical analysis (SAS, R, or equivalent), and methodologies for ensuring data quality.
• Proven track record in conducting clinical research, outcomes research, quality improvement, or program evaluation initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including expertise in scientific writing and presentation creation.
• Capacity to effectively communicate and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a steadfast commitment to data integrity and continuous quality enhancement.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing tasks, and excel in a rapidly evolving high-growth setting.
