Clinical Trial Manager – Senior Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acts as the clinical trial lead, overseeing the planning, execution, and management of the operational aspects of clinical studies.

• Serves as the primary clinical liaison with the client.

• Collaborates with the Project Manager on monthly invoicing and managing variances within the clinical budget.

• Creates study-related clinical documents, such as clinical plans and Informed Consent Form templates.

• Identifies and develops training requirements for Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and third-party vendors specific to the study.

• Compiles a list of potential sites from key stakeholders and drives the site feasibility process.

• Recognizes potential risks to enrollment targets based on feasibility assessments and the commitments made by sites.

• Establishes timely and effective communication with investigators and the study team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a science or health-related field.

• At least 7 years of clinical research experience or demonstrated competencies relevant to the position, with considerable clinical monitoring experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with others in a team environment.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
