Global Feasibility Lead, Senior Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the creation and implementation of the feasibility strategy.

• Drive the effective execution of the feasibility process.

• Supervise L5 GFL Direct Reports, managing performance evaluations, career development, training, and employee engagement.

• Oversee activities related to country and site identification, feasibility assessment, and country selection within a clinical trial.

• Collaborate with study team members to design and carry out global feasibility initiatives punctually and with high-quality standards.

• Ensure uniformity in feasibility execution across the portfolio and pipeline.

• Lead the gathering of local internal and external data to establish an optimal geographic country footprint.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of pertinent experience OR Master’s degree with 4 years of pertinent experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of pertinent experience.
