Lead Back-End Engineer – Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Establish the back-end architecture, hosting strategy, and comprehensive development plan for intricate web applications.

• Oversee CMS implementations and migrations, which include content modeling and the design of ETL processes.

• Create and manage scalable REST and GraphQL services to enhance modern front-end experiences.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to facilitate infrastructure, environments, CI/CD pipelines, and hosting solutions.

• Take ownership of the server-side architecture, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable data delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust back-end engineering experience with technologies such as Node.js, Deno, or Bun, complemented by a strong foundation in TypeScript.

• Extensive knowledge of Sanity.io and hands-on experience with composable CMS platforms and content architecture.

• Profound understanding of full-stack application design, particularly the interaction between back-end systems and React/Next.js front-ends.

• Proficient in testing, automation, performance optimization, and adherence to security best practices.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
