This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Provide cloud solutions across client projects, encompassing assessments, migrations (rehost, replatform, refactor), and modernization efforts.
• Establish Azure environments that adhere to best practices for security, compliance, performance, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to convert designs into scalable and practical solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation and deployment phases.
• Assist in transitioning client environments to Managed Services, which includes documentation, diagrams, and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to automation, process enhancements, and the development of internal capabilities within the Professional Services team.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 6 years of experience in a related area.
• Significant client-facing and consultative experience, alongside practical delivery skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure, networking, identity, and governance (IaaS, PaaS, Entra ID, RBAC, Azure Policies).
• Demonstrated experience in migrating workloads to Azure utilizing tools such as Azure Migrate, ASR, or similar solutions.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code through Terraform, with ARM/Bicep experience being advantageous.
• Strong automation and scripting abilities (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Azure CLI).
• Experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Systems administration background in Windows and/or Linux environments.
• At least one Associate, Expert, or Specialty-level certification in Azure.
• Capability to utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and automation.
