This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver cloud administration, automation, and infrastructure support across Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments.

• Manage, configure, and sustain Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud environments.

• Support Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to guarantee system performance, availability, and scalability.

• Design, implement, and uphold DevSecOps pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation.

• Establish and maintain cloud security controls in alignment with FedRAMP and federal cybersecurity regulations.

• Create cloud architecture, operational procedures, security policies, and automation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, and Internet infrastructure to ensure network reliability and performance.

• Execute network monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and capacity planning to optimize system uptime.

• Conduct network modeling, performance testing, and infrastructure optimization efforts.

• Manage network security technologies and ensure adherence to organizational security standards and best practices.

• Coordinate the integration, upgrades, and lifecycle management of network hardware and software.

• Provide technical leadership and direction to network support staff and end-user support teams.

• Create documentation, standard operating procedures, and technical recommendations for ongoing service enhancement.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, Network Engineer, Systems Engineer, or a similar IT infrastructure role (Journeyman level).

• Proven experience in administering Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments.

• Background in supporting IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS cloud services.

• Proficient in implementing DevSecOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Familiarity with FedRAMP and federal cybersecurity compliance standards.

• Experience in installing, configuring, and supporting LAN, WAN, and Internet technologies.

• Proven track record in monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity challenges, and optimizing infrastructure.

• Knowledgeable in network architecture, routing, switching, firewalls, and security technologies.

• Experience in supporting cloud and network infrastructure upgrades and technology refresh projects.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and independently resolve complex technical challenges.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
