This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the complete technical implementation of identity security solutions, ensuring successful delivery throughout the phases of requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment to achieve a swift time to value.
• Spearhead solution design for intricate Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) implementations, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and adherence to security best practices.
• Make and guide critical architectural decisions, advocating for design standards, integration patterns, and scalability across identity security solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the entire SDLC, encompassing system analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Manage communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability among internal teams and customer/partner organizations.
• Proactively identify technical risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges, driving collaborative mitigation strategies with stakeholders.
• Exhibit thought leadership by conducting implementation reviews, performing comparative analyses of solution options, and delivering clear, strategic recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, supporting identity security strategy, roadmaps, and the adoption of industry best practices.
• Foster innovation by introducing modern design principles, emerging methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives across implementations.
• Mentor and guide engineers and consultants, nurturing a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.
• Assist in the integration of identity solutions with enterprise platforms such as ERP systems, HR systems, and ITSM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering complex Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) implementations, with hands-on expertise in one or more leading IGA platforms.
• Strong consulting and advisory skills, capable of translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• In-depth understanding of identity governance principles, processes, and best practices in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and technical presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while upholding high standards of quality and delivery.
• Extensive experience in solution architecture, including microservices, integration patterns, and enterprise system design.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in SQL with the capability to write complex queries.
• Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, REST and SOAP web services, and system integration.
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals, cryptography, certificates, and Unix/Linux environments, including shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of identity systems such as LDAP and Active Directory, along with protocols including SAML, OAuth, and SCIM.
• Experience integrating with enterprise and cloud platforms such as SAP, ERP systems, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure is an advantage.
• Comprehensive security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter.
• Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures.
