This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the implementation of enterprise and clinical engineering solutions that transform manual business processes into automated, validated systems.

• Design, integrate, and validate intricate application ecosystems, primarily accountable for Veeva Clinical Operations and associated Veeva platforms.

• Ensure system architectures align with performance, reliability, scalability, security, and regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, Part 11).

• Convert product and business requirements into cohesive end-to-end system solutions across various platforms.

• Establish and uphold engineering standards, design patterns, and integration methodologies.

• Collaborate with support teams to enhance reliability, monitoring, and operational maturity.

• Act as the technical lead for cross-functional delivery teams, providing architectural guidance and technical decision-making.

• Mentor and cultivate junior and senior engineers, fostering engineering excellence, best practices, and ongoing improvement.

• Conduct functional, timeline, and trade-off analyses to assess solution options and recommend optimal strategies.

• Resolve highly complex technical challenges independently, utilizing advanced judgment, creativity, and systems thinking.

• Collaborate with Project and Program Managers to manage the complete solution lifecycle from requirements through implementation and post-go-live support.

• Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance system capabilities, streamline processes, and bolster decision-making.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience (10+ years) in systems engineering, with a history of leading intricate projects.

• In-depth knowledge of advanced engineering principles, theories, and concepts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of tackling complex challenges.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding teams.

• Proficient in system design tools and methodologies.
