This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The FBS Lead Analyst oversees daily operations associated with their designated tower (such as procure to pay (P2P), Order to Cash (OTC), or Record to Report (R2R)).
• This position collaborates with project teams and external business associates to facilitate problem-solving initiatives.
• The individual in this role is responsible for assisting the team's activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and promoting ongoing process enhancement and delivery.
• The FBS Lead Analyst mentors team members while aiding in their development of both business and technical competencies.
• In this capacity, you will guide individual contributors (Analysts and Sr. Analysts) in prioritizing and reviewing tasks, while managing your own responsibilities.
• This role is tasked with presenting insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to managers and leadership.
• Furthermore, lead analysts will work alongside cross-functional teams, necessitating effective communication abilities and the capacity to cultivate relationships and partnerships while juggling competing priorities.
• Candidates must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, as well as other accounting software applications.
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field pertinent to the role.
• Ability to foresee work requirements and engage with customers in a professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are required.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and research skills are necessary.
• Experience with data analytics and data visualization is preferred.
• Familiarity with innovative technologies such as RPA, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain is highly desirable.
