This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide precise and comprehensive data for client deliverables.
• Ensure the timely provision of data in accordance with established schedules.
• Conduct initial root cause analyses and quality control checks to identify and evaluate issues in deliverables.
• Create and uphold continuous data monitoring processes to track recurring deliveries.
• Assist in onboarding new clients by defining data delivery formats and timelines.
• Determine suitable data delivery methods (e.g., Databricks to Databricks, Databricks to other platforms, Snowflake) based on client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure approval for sharing non-PHI data and choosing delivery methods.
• Work with clients to validate, troubleshoot, and ensure effective test data sharing.
• Develop and maintain Databricks dashboards to meet client delivery requirements.
• Construct, test (QA/UAT), and deploy code within Databricks and Snowflake environments.
• Resolve data delivery issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Coordinate with Forsyth teams to address inquiries and provide clarity on data.
• Supply release notes to internal teams.
• Recognize and implement improvements in existing processes.
• Assist with quarterly product releases, including the development of new procedures to accommodate new data or structural modifications to current client delivery datasets.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively convey complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and manage ambiguity effectively.
• Expertise in data manipulation tools (SQL, Python) and data warehousing (Databricks).
• Familiarity with Snowflake is an advantage.
• Understanding of process improvement, data delivery, and reporting automation.
