📋 Description

• Conduct independent investigations — alongside our team — into intricate business challenges utilizing both structured and unstructured datasets, as well as analytical tools.

• Identify, gather, scrape, store, preprocess, manipulate, merge, model, and analyze extensive datasets from various internal and external sources.

• Create scalable analytical workflows and automate processes that enhance the efficiency, repeatability, and speed of delivering insights.

• Leverage Python and contemporary AI-assisted workflows to swiftly prototype analyses.

• Spot significant trends, anomalies, and strategic opportunities within healthcare and marketing datasets.

• Convert complex analyses into clear, narrative-driven insights and data visualizations tailored for all stakeholders.

• Collaborate with strategists, creatives, account managers, engagement managers, fellow analysts, and leadership teams.

• Operate with a sense of ownership, curiosity, and accountability.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in analytics, statistical modeling, data strategy, marketing analytics, healthcare analytics, consulting analytics, or related quantitative disciplines.

• Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.

• Knowledge of database and cloud platforms for data management (SQL, AWS).

• Experience working with diverse and large datasets.

• Skilled in building scalable analytical workflows and automating repetitive tasks.

• Familiarity with search, social, longitudinal, geographic, digital behavior, media, web traffic, NLP datasets, and relational databases.

• Strong preference for experience with healthcare and pharmaceutical data: claims, patient-level, referral, Salesforce notes, syndicated, promotional, market research, web visit, and email data.

• Expertise in statistical modeling (Marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution).

• Proficient in customer segmentation and clustering.

• Experience in forecasting and trend analysis.

• Knowledge of geographic analysis.

• Skills in behavioral analysis.

• Capable of predictive analysis and opportunity sizing.

• Ability to triangulate data sources.

• Aptitude for distilling complex findings into concise, relevant insights that drive genuine growth.

• A curious mindset with a focus on innovation, optimization, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
