Lead Analyst, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary analytics strategist for at least one analytics engine.

• Create and execute innovative analytic methodologies using DBT engines.

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to advance Arcadia’s analytics roadmap and foster product innovation.

• Lead cross-functional analytic projects.

• Serve as an internal and external thought leader by showcasing Arcadia’s analytic capabilities at customer meetings, industry conferences, and through publications.

• Manage analytic quality standards and ensure analytical rigor across customer engagements.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to Analysts to enhance organizational capacity and excellence.

• Identify areas for automation, scalability, and reusability in analytic delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, with substantial expertise in population health, quality, or value-based care analytics.

• Proven experience in analytic leadership, strategy formulation, and client advisory roles.

• Advanced skills in SQL and DBT.

• Background in data visualization and conveying complex insights to executive-level audiences.

• Established ability to design, manage, and execute enterprise-level analytic programs.

• Strong business acumen with the capacity to influence decisions through data-driven insights.

• Familiarity with AWS data tools, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
