Lead AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee engineering efforts for AI projects

• Design the architecture and perform prompt engineering for LLMs

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams

• Provide mentorship to fellow engineers and participate in the hiring process

• Proven experience in developing products utilizing LLMs

• Proficiency in prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic methodologies

• A strong interest in AI technologies

• Backend development experience in Python or TypeScript

• Capability to guide the technical direction of products

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
