Lead AI Cloud Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Serve as a full stack engineer to create and manage cloud application development and hosting platforms.

• Take ownership of, develop, implement, and oversee Allstate’s Cloud platforms.

• Work collaboratively with strategic product teams to establish AI strategy.

• Prioritize use cases that generate business value through Google's Vertex AI, AWS, and Azure AI Services.

• Allocate time equally between executing operational tasks and engineering innovative solutions to automate processes.

• Offer extensive expertise in GenAI on Azure and AWS cloud platforms.

• Suggest integration strategies, enterprise architectures, and application infrastructures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience (Preferred)

• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and the AI open-source ecosystem.

• Proficient in Azure Application and AI services.

• Experience with AWS Bedrock (Preferred)

• Familiarity with Vertex AI (Preferred)

• Knowledge of utilizing large language model (LLM) and Foundational model APIs.

• Experience in Terraform development.
