This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Design and develop a platform for agentic AI.
• Utilize this platform to create initial agentic workflows that automate intricate processes in various domains, including Finance, HR, Legal, Customer Support, and Operations.
• Guide and mentor junior developers in agentic AI to enhance these workflows.
• Collaborate with a diverse array of AI tools and platforms (e.g., Claude, AWS QuickSight, OpenAI, n8n, LangChain, etc.) to create integrated, seamless solutions.
• Create and deploy comprehensive solutions that encompass data ingestion, processing, decision-making, and action execution.
• Adjust and refine AI models to fulfill specific business needs, ensuring high levels of accuracy and dependability.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to comprehend requirements and deliver significant solutions.
• Regularly monitor, assess, and enhance the performance of agentic systems to guarantee scalability, efficiency, and durability.
• Keep thorough documentation of system architecture, workflows, and processes.
• Offer consistent updates and reports to stakeholders regarding system performance and results.
• Remain informed about the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies, while actively seeking opportunities to improve existing systems.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and similar languages.
• Practical experience with tools like Claude, N8N, AWS QuickSight, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or comparable platforms.
• In-depth understanding of agentic AI systems, including autonomous decision-making and multi-agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with agentic integration patterns such as MCP, A2A, and related protocols.
• Knowledge of agent loops, tool usage, security measures, and orchestration of sub-agents.
• Understanding of LLM safety, observability, and evaluation practices, including guardrails, automated evaluations, and LLM-as-a-judge methodologies for monitoring quality, reliability, and failure modes in production environments.
• Expertise in building APIs (Python, JavaScript, Go) and designing large-scale systems.
• Experience with data processing, ETL pipelines, and managing structured and unstructured data.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data visualization tools.
• Capability to devise innovative solutions for complex business challenges through AI and automation.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to work across various organizational levels in an international environment with diverse cultures.
