This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Design and develop an agentic AI platform. Utilize this platform to establish initial agentic workflows capable of automating intricate processes in sectors such as Finance, HR, Legal, Customer Support, and Operations. Guide junior agentic AI developers to further enhance these workflows.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of AI tools and platforms (e.g., Claude, AWS QuickSight, OpenAI, n8n, LangChain, etc.) to create seamless, integrated solutions.
• Create and deploy comprehensive solutions that encompass data ingestion, processing, decision-making, and action execution.
• Optimize and tailor AI models to address specific business needs, ensuring exceptional accuracy and reliability.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to comprehend requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Regularly monitor, assess, and enhance the performance of agentic systems to guarantee scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
• Keep detailed documentation of system architecture, workflows, and processes. Provide consistent updates and reports to stakeholders regarding system performance and outcomes.
• Remain informed about the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve existing systems.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and similar languages.
• Practical experience with tools like Claude, N8N, AWS QuickSight, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or comparable platforms.
• Strong grasp of agentic AI systems, including autonomous decision-making and multi-agent architectures.
• Understanding of agentic integration patterns such as MCP, A2A, and related protocols.
• Knowledge of agent loops, tool utilization, security, and orchestration of sub-agents.
• Familiarity with LLM safety, observability, and evaluation practices, including guardrails, automated evaluations, and LLM-as-a-judge approaches for monitoring quality, reliability, and failure modes in production systems.
• Expertise in building APIs (Python, JavaScript, Go) and designing large-scale systems.
• Experience with data processing, ETL pipelines, and working with both structured and unstructured data.
• Acquainted with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data visualization tools.
• Capability to devise innovative solutions for complex business challenges utilizing AI and automation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to interact across various levels of the organization in an international environment with diverse cultures.
