Lead Advanced Practice Provider, NP or PA – Virtual Health Assessment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver direct patient care through telemedicine platforms (video, phone, messaging) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

• Oversee a team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), including Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), ensuring professional and clinical development in a virtual care setting.

• Serve as the clinical escalation contact for the care delivery team when necessary, including APPs, Registered Nurses (RNs), and Medical Assistants (MAs).

• Assist in the formulation of clinical guidelines, enhance the care model, and engage in collaborative initiatives with Operations and Product team members as a clinical leader.

• Take responsibility for ensuring the quality of care provided to your patients.

• Perform additional responsibilities as required.

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess full practice licensure in good standing in Florida, along with licensure in at least three of the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia.

• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP), or Physician Assistant (PA) from an accredited program.

• Board Certification (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC).

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in primary or urgent care, with at least 1 year of experience providing care in a community-based or in-person setting.
