Lead, Advanced Analytics, Hosting Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Perform in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to derive actionable insights that guide strategic decisions across essential geographical markets and host segments.

• Oversee stakeholder relationships within the homes supply team, ensuring effective communication and alignment on analytics projects.

• Examine extensive data to discern the factors influencing new listing supply, availability, revenue, churn, and other critical metrics related to host engagement and needs.

• Establish new metrics and pinpoint leading indicators of significant business results.

• Create dashboards and data pipelines to monitor key performance indicators across markets and host segments, establishing benchmarks.

• Design and maintain agentic workflows and AI-driven tools to automate repetitive data analysis and reporting tasks, enhancing the speed and scale of insights delivery and facilitating self-service data access within the homes supply team.

• Execute A/B tests to enhance business performance and maximize incrementality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Finance, Data and Analytical Engineering, and Data Science, to synchronize strategies and exploit synergies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A quantitative undergraduate degree is required, with a strong preference for candidates possessing an MBA or equivalent advanced degree, along with 8+ years of industry experience in Data Science, Analytics, or a similar role.

• Previous experience in advanced analytics or business data science within a marketplace or business strategy environment.

• In-depth technical expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, experimentation, and causal inference, with familiarity in LLMs and experience leveraging these skills to extract insights from extensive data sets.

• Outstanding business acumen, strategic thinking abilities, and the capacity to make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and present complex concepts in an understandable way.

• Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to collaborate and influence across various functions.

• A flexible, growth-oriented mindset, evidenced by a track record of driving projects from conception to impact.
