This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and direct the complete solution cycle through close collaboration with various teams.
• Comprehend customer requirements and position Salesforce’s product as the optimal solution for addressing unique challenges.
• Demonstrate a profound understanding of the client’s industry and technology in relation to Salesforce’s offerings.
• Create and present innovative custom solutions, including tailored demos of Salesforce products and solution concepts to key decision-makers, addressing their business challenges while showcasing business value.
• Engage in all relevant product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to acquire and sustain essential knowledge for effectiveness in the role.
• Achieve quarterly and annual objectives set by management.
• Respond promptly to RFPs.
• Manage the technical aspects of the sales cycle.
• Exhibit a strong desire for career growth and involvement in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.
• A degree in Computer Science (B.S., Master's, or Ph.D).
• Over 5 years of combined experience working with Salesforce and/or other CRM solutions.
• More than 3 years of experience in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or customer success within an enterprise software solution organization.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Public Sector agencies.
• Certifications in Salesforce or related to Artificial Intelligence, particularly in generative AI and LLM concepts.
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, along with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in implementing Digital Transformation strategies, enterprise consulting, and enhancing customer success.
• Proven time management skills in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to solve problems in dynamic and energizing settings.
• Inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology and knowledge sharing.
• Eager to be the first to learn new information and understand the underlying reasons and processes.
• Skilled in researching information, experimenting, and solving complex problems.
• Capable of articulating ideas clearly and engaging the audience's attention effectively.
