Lead 2D Animator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Supervise a team of animators.

• Collaborate with Illustrators and Art Directors to design and animate environments and effects across various styles.

• Export and enhance animations to produce game-ready assets.

• Implement optimization techniques to adhere to memory constraints.

• Partner with programmers to ensure the highest quality of animations within our technology framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of leadership experience.

• More than 6 years of experience as an animator.

• Proficient in relevant software applications (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Spine, etc.).

• Edit and create assets to meet animation requirements.

• Manage all facets of the animation production pipeline, from initial concept to final execution.

• Experience in crafting visual effects and animations.

• Understanding of fundamental vector math and art principles (lighting, composition, proportion, color theory, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to various art styles.

• Familiarity with game development pipelines and asset integration processes.

• A passion for learning and personal growth.

• A creative and team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback.

• Experience with casino game development.

• Solid understanding of animation principles.

• Knowledge of different animation styles.

• Background in game animation.

• Knowledge of production and pipeline processes.

• Ability to provide and adapt feedback effectively.

• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English.

• 3D knowledge is a significant advantage.

• Experience using additional plugins for Adobe After Effects, such as Trapcode and Boris FX Suite.
