This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual telehealth therapy sessions to adults and adolescents diagnosed with autism.

• Employ evidence-based and neurodiversity-affirming methods (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT-informed, trauma-informed approaches).

• Assist clients in various areas, including: Emotion regulation, Anxiety, depression, and stress, Identity development, Social and relational skills, Executive functioning and daily living, Communication challenges (within scope).

• Create customized treatment plans and monitor client progress.

• Keep precise clinical documentation within our EHR system.

• Work collaboratively with ADG psychologists, SLPs, care coordinators, and other team members as necessary.

• Offer culturally responsive and compassionate care to a neurodiverse clientele.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW) holding an active, unrestricted license in at least one of the following U.S. states: FL, NJ, TX, OH, CO, WA, SC, TN (preference given to candidates with licenses in multiple states).

• Experience providing therapy to neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with autism (adults preferred; adolescents a plus).

• Competence in conducting therapy via telehealth platforms.

• Strong capabilities in rapport-building, trauma-informed care, and personalized treatment planning.

• Dedication to a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based methodology.

• Comfortable with technology and dependable in remote work environments.
