This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions for clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

• Evaluate client needs through intake assessments and clinical evaluations.

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to the objectives and requirements of clients.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and various other therapeutic approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary and assess risk for self-harm or suicide.

• Cultivate a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential space for clients.

• Keep up-to-date with mental health trends, best practices, and relevant continuing education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work.

• Active and valid Colorado LCSW license.

• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to establish rapport with clients.

• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards.

• Preferred certification or specialized training in a particular therapeutic modality (e.g., EMDR, trauma-informed care, etc.).

• Experience with telehealth services is preferred.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is an advantage.
