This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions for clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
β’ Evaluate client needs through intake assessments and clinical evaluations.
β’ Create customized treatment plans tailored to the objectives and requirements of clients.
β’ Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
β’ Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and various other therapeutic approaches.
β’ Provide crisis intervention when necessary and assess risk for self-harm or suicide.
β’ Cultivate a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential space for clients.
β’ Keep up-to-date with mental health trends, best practices, and relevant continuing education.
β’ Masterβs degree or higher in Social Work.
β’ Active and valid Colorado LCSW license.
β’ Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
β’ Understanding of HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards.
β’ Preferred certification or specialized training in a particular therapeutic modality (e.g., EMDR, trauma-informed care, etc.).
β’ Experience with telehealth services is preferred.
β’ Bilingual in Spanish and English is an advantage.
