Launch Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist new clients with the onboarding process and implementation of our software solutions.

• Conduct regular check-in calls to ensure clients are set up for optimal success.

• Comprehend each client's business objectives and customize the setup to meet their specific needs.

• Manage timelines and guarantee that projects remain on schedule through the go-live phase.

• Provide training to customer teams on product usage and promote adoption.

• Resolve setup issues and collaborate with our engineering team as necessary.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to facilitate a seamless transition from the sales phase.

• Relay customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to enhance the user experience.

• Continually refine implementation processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

• Maintain organization while overseeing multiple clients at different stages of implementation.

• Gradually learn to write simple queries over time.

• Manage conflicts between deadlines and workflow effectively.

• Openly accept coaching and constructive feedback.

• Actively participate in achieving team and company objectives.
