Launch Engagement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience (White Glove Service) to new on-boarding clients.

• Manage a high volume of calls, addressing a wide array of customer inquiries related to new service installations, scheduling follow-ups, and explaining their initial monthly billing.

• Act as the primary support link between the Company and new customers.

• Assist clients in setting up new services and arranging appointments.

• Provide technical assistance via telephone, IPTV, and Internet support, addressing complex inquiries regarding product functions and usage.

• Utilize investigative skills to identify the nature of the caller's concerns and formulate an action plan to resolve issues.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, professional service with every customer interaction.

• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support.

• Ability to communicate clearly in grammatically correct English (additional language skills are a plus).

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Exhibit personal excellence through punctuality, integrity, and accountability.

• Show sensitivity and compassion in customer interactions.

• Willingness to work nontraditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Access to a quiet workspace to focus on providing outstanding service to our customers.

• Must have DSL or high-speed internet service with a minimum speed of 25 MB/s, preferably with an upload speed of 50 MB/s.
