Laravel Engineer, VueJS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and maintain high-quality features for the viggoVet platform utilizing Laravel and Vue.js.

• Drive architectural choices to guarantee the platform scales effectively as we expand our clinic partnerships worldwide.

• Collaborate with our AI team to seamlessly incorporate veterinary-specific AI models into clinical workflows (e.g., intelligent SOAP notes, automated diagnostic support).

• Produce clean, maintainable, and self-explanatory code.

• Perform thorough code reviews and promote adherence to best practices (SOLID principles, TDD).

• Implement security protocols to ensure stringent data isolation and compliance with privacy laws.

• Oversee and enhance application performance, prioritizing database efficiency and frontend rendering speeds.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional full-stack development experience.

• In-depth knowledge of PHP and the Laravel ecosystem (Queues, Jobs, Events, Eloquent).

• Strong command of Vue.js (Vue 3 preferred), Pinia, and Tailwind CSS.

• Advanced understanding of relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL), including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.

• Demonstrated experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes services.

• Proficient written and spoken English is essential for collaboration.
