Language Alignment & Resource Partner – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Work independently to deliver linguistic quality assurance and create alignment resources.

• Evaluate, annotate, and test AI-generated content for grammatical precision, natural flow, and adherence to cultural context.

• Serve as the main quality checkpoint during production, actively identifying and rectifying subtle cultural inaccuracies or awkward expressions in Taiwanese.

• Assess quality trends in tasks and independently create educational materials and feedback documentation to enhance alignment between AI outputs and campaign standards.

• Offer native-level language evaluation during project scaling and provide expert linguistic consultation throughout the production process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven work or educational background in linguistics, education, or other disciplines that demand a keen eye for linguistic details.

• Previous, concrete experience in human data evaluation or annotation.

• Certified proficiency in Taiwanese at the C1 or C2 level.

• Ability to adeptly convert raw feedback and quality trends into organized, actionable educational resources.

• A careful approach to language, with the acuity to spot and amend even the most subtle unnatural phrasing in their native language.
