This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Take ownership of the landing page initiative.
• Oversee the entire landing page production process from strategic planning to deployment.
• Determine which types of pages (advertorial, listicle, comparison page, product page) to create for each campaign and the rationale behind it.
• Establish and manage a production calendar — detailing which brands require pages, what angles to test, and what is upcoming.
• Collaborate with media buyers to ensure that the page strategy aligns with campaign goals and target audience segments.
• Analyze page performance and make data-informed decisions on what to refine, discontinue, or expand.
• Utilize Manus and Claude to generate advertorials, listicles, and comparison pages efficiently at scale.
• Use Adcubator Forge (our proprietary AI page builder) to quickly produce page variations.
• Engage in prompt engineering: create and enhance prompts that yield consistent, high-quality copy and page layouts.
• Refine and elevate AI-generated output — the AI provides 80%, and you enhance it to 100%.
• Generate multiple page variations daily across various brands and campaigns.
• Craft high-converting copy for advertorials, listicles, and comparison pages, or guide AI to achieve your quality standards.
• Apply Schwartz awareness levels to align copy sophistication with audience temperature.
• Develop hooks, headlines, leads, body copy, CTAs, and social proof sections that effectively drive purchasing decisions.
• Create and maintain a swipe file of successful angles, hooks, and page formats for all clients.
• Recognize the distinction between a comparison page that ranks and converts on Google versus one that fails to perform.
• Research competitor landing pages, advertorials, and funnels to uncover successful market strategies.
• Extract language, objections, and desires from customer reviews, Reddit threads, and forums.
• Create customer avatars and emotional angle maps for each brand.
• Experiment with various page structures and copy strategies — measure, learn, and iterate.
• Stay updated on direct response copywriting trends, AI tools, and best practices in conversion optimization.
• Conduct quality assurance on every page before release: ensuring accuracy, persuasive quality, visual hierarchy, CTA clarity, and mobile responsiveness.
• Develop and uphold standard operating procedures for the landing page production process.
• Educate team members on AI tools, copy frameworks, and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain a feedback loop between page performance data and production choices.
• Proven experience in building pages with Manus and/or Claude: This is essential. You have effectively utilized AI tools like Manus or Claude to create landing pages, not merely experimenting once — you've established a workflow surrounding it. You are proficient in prompting, iterating, and generating quality pages with these tools.
• In-depth understanding of comparison pages on Google: You know what a comparison page is, why it is effective for high-intent Google Ads traffic, how to structure one, and what differentiates a page that converts at 8% from one that only achieves 2%. This expertise is urgently needed.
• Experience in producing advertorials and listicles: You have written or created advertorials and listicles that have been supported by paid traffic. You grasp the formats, the psychology, and the structural nuances between them.
• Competence in direct-response copywriting: You understand awareness levels (Schwartz), emotional triggers, headline formulas, storytelling leads, and the mechanics of persuasion. You have crafted copy that has generated revenue.
• Background in e-commerce/DTC: You have collaborated with e-commerce brands and comprehend the customer journey from advertisement to purchase. You know what a cold audience requires compared to a warm one.
• Ability to produce at scale: You can generate multiple page variations daily across different brands. You prioritize execution, review, shipping, and iteration over overthinking.
• Leadership and initiative: You do not wait for instructions. You identify what is necessary, propose a plan, and implement it. You take responsibility for the results, not just the output.
