This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
β’ You will take charge of product feedback and the end-to-end implementation of real customer solutions while collaborating closely with the SF team.
β’ Engaging with customers through live conversations and developing offline solutions by partnering with various teams is part of your role.

β’ Technical Background: Capable of supporting the collection and discovery of business requirements from a technical standpoint.
β’ Comprehend how data flows through business processes, ensuring its accuracy and reliability.
β’ Proficient in normalizing, transforming, and visualizing data to address business inquiries.
β’ Experience in building systems, including integration with external APIs.
β’ Familiarity with creating solutions utilizing AI and knowledge of programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
β’ Bonus: experience with business and automation tools like Excel, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, or n8n.
β’ Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in French, Spanish, and/or Portuguese is a significant advantage in their respective regions.
