• Knowledge of data preprocessing and text manipulation.

• Familiarity with basic NLP concepts.

• Competence in Git and version control systems.

• Ability to conduct model testing and evaluation.

• Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS/Azure).

• Proficiency in monitoring tools (Datadog/Grafana/Splunk).

• Basic knowledge of event correlation.

• Fundamentals of cloud infrastructure.

• Experience with containerization (Docker; basics of Kubernetes).

• Understanding of runbook automation (basic level).

• Skills in log analysis and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with DevOps principles (Git/Jenkins).

• Basic knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow).

• Understanding of end-to-end observability (logs, metrics, traces).

• Knowledge of AIOps and anomaly detection.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration.

• Skills in automation and scripting (Python/Bash).

• Knowledge of incident management and SRE practices.

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps integration.

• Understanding of OpenTelemetry instrumentation.
