Co-Founder – Tech Partner, AI, Open Source

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in designing and constructing the comprehensive technical architecture (core system, integrations, application layer).

• Create and incorporate AI components (LLMs, semantic search, analytics).

• Design and execute a modular, container-based platform (Docker, API-first approach).

• Integrate current systems (e.g., ERP, data sources) using adapter logic.

• Play a role in shaping product strategy and the technical roadmap.

• Choose and implement a sustainable open-source technology stack.

• Actively foster the development of a robust network within the Estonian startup ecosystem (tech community, partners, programs).

• Collaborate with funding agencies, programs, and relevant stakeholders in Estonia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in software development (preferably Python / backend / APIs).

• Familiarity with AI / machine learning / LLM integration.

• Experience with container technologies and system architecture.

• Strong grasp of data structures, data models, and distributed systems.

• Interest in open-source ecosystems and privacy-focused solutions.

• Capability to structure and execute technical concepts independently.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in a co-founder position.

• Strong networking skills – ideally with experience in startup ecosystems (experience in Estonia is advantageous).
