• Direct and oversee project teams, assigning and coordinating tasks, while providing guidance and motivation to team members.
• Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently, from initiation and planning to closure, ensuring project documentation is current and communicating project status to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with essential stakeholders, including clients, internal cross-functional teams, and business partners.
• Create detailed project plans, incorporating timelines and resource allocation.
• Acquire necessary resources to meet project objectives within established timelines and oversee daily project activities.
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards, making adjustments as required to keep projects on track.
• Identify potential risks early and formulate proactive strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
• Track and address project issues with timely and effective communication regarding status, including clear identification of responsible parties, action items, and targeted resolution dates.
• Serve as an internal quality control check for the project team.
• Acknowledge upstream and downstream impacts, taking necessary actions to guarantee project success.
• Escalate issues as necessary to ensure successful project completion, including immediate escalation to leadership for any issues affecting service delivery.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns, documenting meeting minutes, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage all aspects of various projects to ensure the overall portfolio aligns with and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
• Report on project delivery metrics and success criteria outcomes, while consistently maintaining project portfolio data within the supporting technology solutions.
• Engage in creative and analytical problem-solving, showcasing teamwork, innovation, and excellence, while promoting cross-functional knowledge sharing among team members.
• Enhance client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations, and by fostering a trusted advisor relationship with assigned customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience, OR a combination of education and relevant work experience that provides comparable knowledge and skills.
• Over 3 years of experience in managing projects and/or leading project teams while supporting internal and/or external clients.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methods, practices, tools, and techniques.
• Proven track record as a project manager, preferably within a service organization or a similar sector.
• Familiarity with, or the ability to learn, Data Innovations’ products.
• Capability to effectively translate contract terms and conditions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, exhibiting a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Strong leadership and diplomatic abilities, capable of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve project objectives.
• Excellent leadership, communication (verbal, written, and presentation), and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and decisive, with the capacity to adapt to changes and competing demands.
• Team-building abilities with both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Some experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to meet travel requirements (up to 15% travel required), which may include travel outside of regular business hours – including evenings and weekends.
• Must be willing to comply with and pass regular background checks and drug and/or alcohol screenings as mandated by customer contracts.
• Must comply with and pass initial background checks and drug screenings, as well as subsequent checks, screenings, and vaccine requirements as stipulated by customer contracts.
