Labor Attorney (Employment Litigation)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage labor litigation throughout all phases (including trial, appeals, and enforcement);

• Conduct various types of hearings (initial, consolidated, single-session, and evidentiary/instructional hearings);

• Serve as the employer's representative (preposto) when required;

• Review legal documents and procedural filings;

• Draft labor pleadings that are of medium complexity;

• Oversee deadlines, monitor case progression, and update case management systems;

• Collaborate with the client's legal team to synchronize strategies and provide insights;

• Assist HR and other internal departments with labor-related issues;

• Analyze and assess internal policies, contracts, and communications;

• Prepare legal opinions and provide guidance;

• Offer support on sensitive issues (such as disciplinary matters, terminations, and labor risks, etc.).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in labor litigation covering the full case lifecycle;

• Hands-on experience in labor hearings;

• Familiarity with reviewing procedural filings;

• Background in labor advisory work and HR support is advantageous;

• Highly organized with excellent deadline management skills;

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal departments;

• Proficient in intermediate or advanced English.
