• Become a part of our team as a Labeling Operations Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you will play a vital role in advancing global healthcare and scientific innovation.
• Lead and develop a team of project managers, systems specialists, and design experts to oversee print-on-demand label operations for the Filtration & Separation Division.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and interact with global operations.
• Provide strategic leadership for a global systems platform within the division.
• An advanced degree coupled with 6 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in operations or related domains.
• Preferred areas of study include Packaging Engineering, Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory standards.
• Exceptional project management abilities, with a capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills aimed at process improvement initiatives.
• Advanced communication skills for effective interaction with both internal teams and external clients.
• Experience with print-on-demand labeling solutions, preferably Loftware solutions.
• A demonstrated history of implementing cost-saving measures and enhancing efficiency.
• Ability to foster and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
• Experience in change management and continuous improvement practices.
• Proficient in data analysis and metrics to promote operational excellence.
• Comprehensive understanding of packaging and labeling processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Experience with documentation and SOP compliance in regulated settings.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
