This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Provide L3 support in Java
• Implement code changes in production and verify processes
• Collaborate with the team to achieve support goals
• Monitor and maintain systems in production
• Document issues and solutions for future reference
• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in development
• Advanced experience in Java/j2ee (Rest API, servlet, JavaScript/HTML, JSP, JDBC, Struts, Hibernate, Spring)
• Advanced experience working with multi-server/Tier servers: Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, and WebLogic
• Advanced experience in databases (DB2, Oracle, and Sybase)
• Intermediate to advanced experience in Unix and scripting (shell/perl)
• Good experience with monitoring tools for schedulers (Autosys, procmon, crontab)
• Advanced experience with IDEs like Eclipse and NetBeans
• Intermediate to advanced experience using Git, Jenkins, and other repositories/deployments
• Intermediate to advanced experience in support model (L2+/L3)
• Good exposure to production tools (ticketing/monitoring) such as Jira, ServiceNow and processes (familiar with Incident/problem) and change management
• Experience making code changes (Java, Unix, DB) in production and capable of executing end-to-end steps according to the SDLC process
